·20-80133,10/28/20 @ 2133 hrs. A robbery occurred at 523 Hilltop Rd, Hilltop Station Casino. A heavyset, male suspect, wearing a yellow construction jacket, grey t-shirt, and orange mask. The suspect did not display any weapons but acted like he had one.

“But acted like he had one.” This statement is only an assumption and has no fact bearing basis, therefore Billings Police are in error stating such a false claim based only on one’s assumption of how the robber acted? Oh my, another day in the life of our illustrious Billings Police Department.
