10/27/20 @ 1:17 pm  Officers responded to the intersection of North Montana and Lyndale Avenue to investigate a motor vehicle crash.  It was determined one of the drivers – a 39 yr old Helena male – was impaired.  After testing, officers arrested the male for  2nd offense Driving Under the Influence, Aggravated DUI, Driving without a Valid Driver’s License, Careless Driving, and Negligent Vehicular Assault.  He was booked at the detention center.

10/28/20 @ 1:46am  Officers responded to a 911 call from a residence in the 1800 blk of Easy Street and discovered that a male had broken into the victim’s home.  There was a prior relationship between the male and female, and the female awoke to discover the male in the house.  The 32 yr old Helena male was arrested for Burglary, 1st offense Partner or Family Member Assault and Unlawful Restraint.  He was booked at the detention center.

10/27/20 @ 9:54am  Officers arrested a 24 yr old Helena male in the 500 blk of Logan Street on two outstanding warrants.  He was booked at the detention center.

On October 27th Helena PD officers responded to 78 calls for service, including 1 reported-injury vehicle crash, 12 other vehicle crashes, 8 animal control-related incidents, and 4 disorderly conduct/disturbance reports.
